Serving a 3-Day Notice 3-day notices are served to those tenants who have not paid their rent by the deadline outlined in the lease agreement.	$99
Serving a 7-Day Notice 7-day notice is served to tenants who are violation of their lease agreement (Failure by the tenant to keep the care of the lawn, getting an unauthorized pet, HOA Violation’s, or any Violation of the lease.)	$99
Serving an 8-Day Notice 8-day notice is served to tenants who have not paid their rent by the deadline outlined in the lease agreement.	$99
Serving Non-Renewal Notice A non-renewal notices is used when you the owner do not want to renew the lease agreement of your current tenants. It must be “delivered” in accordance to the lease agreement.	$99
1 Mid-Lease Walkthrough Keeping your property in good condition is critical to continually receiving top dollar for your rental. We will perform a Mid-Lease Walkthrough of your property and provide Report, Photos, and Feedback of the current condition.	$250
Initial comprehensive walk-through Initial (Move-In) walk-through is performed. Photos, Report, and Recommendations provided to owner.	$250
Final comprehensive walk-through Initial (Move-In) walk-through is performed. Photos, Report, and Recommendations provided to owner.	$250
Preparation of a new lease An attorney prepared lease is provided for the protection of your asset. A lease up to date with all current tenant and landlord laws and statutes is critical.	$225
Preparation of Month-to-Month Agreement If the tenant wants to go month-to-month, we will prepare the appropriate addendum to your lease.	$150
