COVID-19 Coronavirus
Dear Valued Clients,
Amid ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Osto Property Management is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our clients, tenants and vendors do the same. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC. We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees, clients, tenants and vendors.
OPM staff has the ability to work remotely from home if necessary, we have the tools and technology in place to do this without interruption of services.
OPM staff will be available via telephone, video chat or email. Unfortunately,
be taking in-person meetings at the office.
OPM staff will not be inspecting the interiors of occupied rental units for the next 30 days. We
will re-evaluate this as more information is released to the public.
OPM will not require vacating residents to show their rental unit to prospects prior to them
moving out.
OPM staff will stay consistent with rental collections to the best of our abilities.
OPM staff may delay non-essential property repairs until a later date as to limit interactions with
residents and vendors.
OPM staff will not apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates
Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis has issued an Executive Order directing the Florida Department of Health to issue a Public Health Emergency.
Incoming travel to the USA has been suspended from abroad.
Florida Department of Education has announced all public schools will be closed until 03/30/2020 (subject to change).
Walt Disney World has closed until 03/31/2020.
Universal Orlando has closed until 03/31/2020.
NBA Suspended ALL Games and NBA Events.
MLB Cancelled Spring Training.
Many major events have been canceled throughout Central Florida.
